She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and has been trained as a Council Facilitator and Wilderness Rites of Passage Guide and offers Youth programs, Wilderness trips, and Life Coaching for teens, young adults, and parents of teens in Southern Oregon and beyond.

Her main focus as a coach is to assist teens, young adults, and their parents who may need additional support, guidance, and mentorship in order to shift stuck energy, negative self-talk, and disconnection, so they can embrace and accept themselves for who they are, move towards positive change, and create the life and relationships that they truly desire.

His work taught him to see from multiple perspectives, connect across cultures, and find meaning in small moments—skills that now shape his coaching approach.

Theo brings the same curiosity, creativity, and empathy to his coaching as he did behind the lens. For him, coaching isn’t just about achieving goals—it’s about waking up to the present moment and living with intention. He equips clients with tools to find peace in their lived experience, embrace new perspectives, and grow through challenges.

When not coaching, Theo enjoys time with family and friends, reading, exploring the outdoors, or deepening his own practice on retreat.

Previous to her work with Empower, Maeanna spent her career in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors supporting leaders and teams alike to cultivate impactful leadership skills and to build thriving organizational cultures. Maeanna is a Certified Leadership Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation. Maeanna also holds a Bachelor’s in Science in Human Development and a Master’s Degree in International and Multicultural Education with an emphasis in Human Rights Education.
