Who is this for?
- Anyone seeking to explore new ways to relieve stress, trauma or life distress for themselves and/or the people they’re in relationships with: customers, clients, students, parents, patients, community members, friends, family, etc.
- Professional staff and managers from all industry sectors – businesses, workforce, education, human services, healthcare, community-based organizations, etc.
Why?
Our world is changing so dramatically. COVID-19, economic shutdown, wildfires, work and other intense life dislocations continue to disrupt all of our lives. We’re all on the frontlines of experiencing constant change, disconnection, stress, anxiety, trauma, feelings of fear and being overwhelmed.
This workshop will provide powerful insights, a highly-effective framework, and practical tools that will help participants to continually find their own personal “center of gravity” and inner source for social/emotional well-being. It will be hands-on, include personal reflection, and focus on experiential learning.
Join our facilitators, Sherrie Frank – Wings Program Director and Tiffany Grimes – Empower Coaching and Training Founder, in this short but powerful live, virtual workshop focused on realigning with and returning to resiliency.
Outcomes & Benefits You’ll Receive:
Understanding neuroscience and auto-responses to stress, fear, and trauma

Strengthen your foundation for greater personal well-being, and prepare yourself to take the next steps in continually improving your own life, as well as the lives of those you love, work with and/or serve.
