Tiffany Grimes, Empower Lead Coach and Founder of Evolutionary Consulting and Empower: Tiffany鈥檚 focus is to help people understand and manage human behavior through the lens of neuroscience

She a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. Tiffany is also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Specialty Master Trainer through Portland State University鈥檚 Oregon Registry Training Program, national presenter, and published author. Grimes also holds a Master鈥檚 Degree in Management (MIM) with a focus on organizational development.

Vital to the scope of this work, Tiffany鈥檚 background lends to her strength of leading the Empower Team. As an advocate, direct service provider, staff trainer and program leader, she has spent over 20 years creating change and opportunities within workforce development collaborating with businesses, community agencies, and job seekers. Her passion to serve and to create cultures of respect has touched many lives and dramatically changed service models. She has helped to create communities of change where a strong sense of belonging, shared vision, and high emotional intelligence make positive and lasting impacts on organizational culture and business relationships.

Meet Satya

Satya Beneventi, Empower Coach: A Certified Parent Coach and founder of Turning Point Parenting, LLC. As a parent coach she is deeply embedded in interpersonal neurobiology, quantum physics and emotional intelligence.聽 Satya works with groups, couples and individual coaching to bring out the core essence that lies within each individual allowing the client to realize their full potential while dismantling shame, guilt or deeply engrained subconscious patterns.聽 Satya shows her clients how to identify and navigate their emotional spectrum to create the life they desire using mindfulness and emotional resiliency.聽聽Satya holds a Bachelor鈥檚 in Business Management and minor in Organizational Behavior.聽聽She speaks, consults and hosts parenting webinars for clients all over the world.聽聽Her transformative work was recognized by Dr. Chip R. Meet Anna

Anna Sherman, Empower Coach:聽 Anna holds a B.A. in Communication and is a Certified Transition Guide through Liminal Space. Seven years in social work settings have informed Anna鈥檚 approach with those who desire to increase their quality of life and employability skills. Partnering with co-workers and supervisors from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, Anna has served adults with developmental disabilities and youth experiencing homelessness and sexual exploitation (the majority of whom identified as LGBTQ+), in pursuing their goals. She worked alongside youth exiting street life at Street Bean Espresso, an employment training program in Seattle, WA. In her former work, Anna participated in monthly all-staff meetings focused on Undoing Institutionalized Racism. The outcome of those meetings equipped Anna to engage in challenging conversations surrounding DEI topics. Anna has created and facilitated several half-day trainings for men and women in the construction industry focused on leadership, team building, collaboration, CliftonStrengths and the DiSC assessment. Provisionally (soon to be fully) Certified to teach the Community Resiliency Model 庐, developed by the Trauma Resource Institute, Anna co-teaches the biologically based, evidence-informed set of wellness skills to support individuals to increase their resiliency. She embodies a growth mindset, is a voracious reader of HBR and Psychology Today, and applies best practices, approaching client work from a trauma-informed and resiliency-informed lens. Anna owns and operates Choose Kindness Daily.

Meet Trisha

Trisha Foster, Empower Launchpad Trainer and Whole Person Coach: Trisha has over a decade of experience serving some of the most at risk youth and adults in the Rogue Valley. In addition to her B.S. in Psychology and Sociology, her years of experience within Domestic Violence Support and Advocacy, Children and Family Services, Parenting Education and her current work at Oregon State University have collectively provided her with excellent trainings on the topics of trauma-informed care and practices, ACEs, evidence based parenting education, suicide prevention, drug and alcohol, strategic planning, organizational equity and inclusion, high conflict resolution and many other topics that support her work with the community. Trisha鈥檚 proficiency in working with children and families who experience extensive, generational trauma provides Empower with a trainer and coach who is comfortable in serving individuals who struggle with emotion regulation, maintaining relationships and employment, and have minimal social supports in their lives. Trisha worked with ICF accredited Coach Training World to acquire her Whole Person Coaching Certificate. At Empower, Trisha serves as the lead for the Launchpad program in addition to her work as a coach.

Meet Nancy

Nancy Hauschildt, Empower Coach: Nancy is a former Registered Nurse turned Life Coach who specializes in supporting introverts. Nancy is an Introvert, Shyness, & Social Anxiety Coach. For the past 8 years, she has dedicated her life to studying brain science, leadership development, and the application of brain-based principles to her personal self-development and coaching practice. She holds an ACC聽certification through the ICF, trained at The Life Coach School, Accomplishment Coaching, and The Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence. Additionally, she has advanced certification in faith-based coaching. Currently,聽Nancy is obtaining a聽second degree in Behavioral Neuroscience at ASU while coaching high-achieving introverted women through her coaching practice, Haus of Coaching, LLC.

Nancy loves coaching and teaching introverts, shy or quiet people to be great leaders both in their personal and professional life so they can show up with presence and confidence, and be seen, heard, and remembered.

Meet Delma

Delma, Empower Coach: Delma is the founder of The Empowered Outlier, a coaching business that aims to equip women with the necessary tools to have thriving and healthy relationships. She incorporates all the tools she has learned at The Life Coach School and Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence coaching program, into her 1:1 coaching with clients.聽 With these combined tools, Delma is able to help clients identify clients sabotaging behaviors, build new positive habits and rewire the subconscious in order to have a better relationship with themselves and others.

As a former foster child, Delma was profoundly impacted by the circumstances that led her there.聽 She vowed to claim her independence, break the curse of generational abuse, and learn the tools necessary to ensure she showed her own family a better way to live.聽 She graduated from University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Sociology and began her career in social services. Through her employment at the Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center, she assisted laid-off and unemployed clients find work and training opportunities.聽 She then assisted families with prevention and intervention services as the Family Resource Center Supervisor for the City of Westminster in California.聽 As the lead agency representative, Delma managed the coordination of services for clients which included emergency assistance, therapy, domestic violence intervention and any other resources that each family needed. She ventured into the private sector in 2010 and turned an administrative assistant role into a C-level executive career.聽 She strategically organized the operations of a manufacturing and distribution company to successfully grow seven times over.聽 Although she was extremely successful in that field, Delma yearned to get back in line with her passion: helping people.聽 That is when she decided to go all in on her coaching business.

Delma鈥檚 passion and mission is to empower individuals (not just women) with the tools they need for success.聽 Her unique life experience combined with her coaching tools, help her connect on an emotional level with those who feel stuck and helpless find their way out of whatever situation has been holding them back from living the life they desire.

Meet Ali

Ali, Empower Coach: Ali is a certified coach trained through The Life Coach School, trauma informed certified, and advanced feminist certified coach. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health & Administration, 13 years of nursing experience, seven of which were dedicated to leadership within eldercare, dementia, and hospice. After perfectionism pushed her to burnout, she pivoted directions and sought out deep healing for herself through trauma focused therapy and life coaching. With a 1st person perspective of the power of mindfulness, self coaching, and compassion she has made it her mission to help transform lives with holistic healing tools.

Ali coaches women, men, and non-binary folks using a variety of modalities ranging from cognitive behavioral techniques, somatics, and nervous system regulation. Ali is passionate about neuroscience, developmental psychology, and applying these skills directly to raising her 3 children with mindful & gentle parenting approaches.

Meet Jasmyne

Jasmyne Chandler, Empower Coach and Facilitator: Jasmyne is a Certified Professional Coach, trained in the Whole Person Coaching method, through ICF accredited Coach Training World, and she brings over 13 years鈥 experience as an educator and advisor in both High School and College settings where she has taught and advised youth and adults. Previous to her work with Empower, she spent 10 years serving as an Instructor and Advisor for the Adult Basic Skills/GED program at Rogue Community College where she assisted students in moving forward on their educational pathways, moving past barriers, and achieving their goals.聽 Prior to that she worked for 3 years as a Dance Instructor and Dance Team Coach at Florence High School in Arizona. She holds a Master鈥檚 Degree in Education and has been trained as a Council facilitator. She has also been a volunteer mentor with Rogue Valley Mentoring assisting with circle facilitation at the Middle School level as well as helping to facilitate Restorative Justice circles for teen girls exiting the VAYA (Victim Assistance Youth Accountability) program. She is the founder of Guided Passages, LLC, which offers Circles, Rites of Passage trips, and Coaching and Mentoring for youth in Southern Oregon. Guided Passages weaves mentorship and coaching with earth-based practices, circle work and ritual in order to support youth through their middle school and high school years and to help them mark transitions along the way. Her main focus as a coach is to assist youth who may need additional guidance, support, and mentorship in order to help them build self-confidence, shift stuck energy and negative self-talk, embrace and accept themselves for who they are, and move towards positive change and activities in their lives.

Meet Louellen

Louellen, Empower Coach: Louellen is a Physical Therapist turned Parent Coach, and founder of Embrace Parenting, LLC. Louellen has been working with children and families for over 30 years.

She is passionate about children and believes that the best way to raise healthy, happy children is to EMPOWER parents.

Louellen works with individuals, couples, and groups using the concepts of attachment science, nervous system science, mind sight and emotional coaching.聽 Louellen invites parents to have a greater understanding of themselves so that they can consider any patterns, thoughts, or beliefs that may be keeping them from being a parent that they long to be.

Conceptually, we know how we want to parent, but we鈥檙e not always sure how to get there.

The goal is conscious, confident and connected parents raising confident and caring kids; while nurturing a deep and everlasting connection with each other for all time.

Louellen holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Physical Therapy. 聽She鈥檚 a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.

Louellen holds a Master Coaching Certification through the Jai Institute.聽 Most importantly, she is the proud mom of two kind and caring young men.

Meet Nanor

Nanor Ohanesian, Empower Coach: Nanor is a professional life and leadership coach. She believes that with awareness, empowerment, and action everyone can unlock their highest potential.

With a broad range of certifications and methodologies, Nanor approaches coaching holistically. She enjoys partnering with individuals and teams, assisting them to pinpoint the root causes getting in the way of their life’s authentic path and deepest fulfillment.

Clients say that it is her active listening, unwavering stance, and calm presence that sets her apart. She prides herself on being a lifelong learner and is highly involved in her community as a board member of the International Coaching Federation of Orange County and an affiliate of Accomplishment Coaching.

Meet Christopher

Christopher McHenry, Empower Coach:聽 Christopher has been a Certified Life Coach since 2006, and he is the founder of Source for Change LLC.聽 He has a wide range of experiences working directly with people in a way that empowers them to bring wholeness and more well-being into their lives.聽 He brings a deep sense of presence, compassion, curiosity, intuition, and understanding to his coaching practice.聽 In addition to coaching, Christopher also works as a life skills mentor, social mentor, and job mentor for adults who have disabilities.聽 Christopher has an adventurous spirit and loves to explore.聽 He has been to over 40 countries, and he feels grateful to live in the Pacific Northwest with its amazing beauty and abundance of outdoor opportunities.

Meet Kat

Kat Renee, Empower Launchpad Trainer: Kat has 17 years of leadership experience in healthcare architecture and professional workforce engagement. Kat is a Certified Professional Coach, Trauma Informed Coach, trained facilitator, mindfulness teacher, and registered practicing architect. She supports professionals to find increased energy and fulfillment in their work. Kat is deeply immersed in the study of the health, biology, and society to understand the positive influence of embodiment, mindfulness practice, and intersectional research in how we work every day. She speaks and coaches on burnout, well-being at work, team engagement and management topics in her company Open Soul Consulting and is excited to be a part of the Empower Community and the Launchpad Series! Kat is passionate about service and supports nonprofits to build beneficial community programs. She serves the nonprofit, Women in Healthcare, in their mentorship program. After Kat鈥檚 overachieving pushed her to burnout, she shifted her life鈥檚 focus to supporting professionals to overcome fatigue, embody their passions, and live their purpose.

Meet Polly

Polly Farrimond, Program Administrator: Polly鈥檚 business background in business and education has been beneficial when structuring operational systems for Evolutionary Consulting.聽 She has completed psychology course work through Southern Oregon University and has extensive experience in leading individuals to attain their key performance indicators.聽She has hired and managed teams of individuals meeting and exceeding expected growth within the business model. Through work at the Oregon Employment聽Department, has gained extensive training in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.聽 Polly has years of experience developing聽systems and working models to meet and exceed growth projections. At Empower, Polly provides website management, database management, and contract reporting.
