Tiffany Grimes, Empower Lead Coach and Founder of Evolutionary Consulting and Empower: Tiffany’s focus is to help people understand and manage human behavior through the lens of neuroscience
She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. Tiffany is also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Specialty Master Trainer through Portland State University’s Oregon Registry Training Program, national presenter, and published author. Grimes also holds a Master’s Degree in Management (MIM) with a focus on organizational development.
Vital to the scope of this work, Tiffany’s background lends to her strength of leading the Empower Team. Satya Beneventi

Satya Beneventi is a Certified Parent Coach and founder of Turning Point Parenting, LLC. As a parent coach she is deeply embedded in interpersonal neurobiology, quantum physics and emotional intelligence. Satya works with groups, couples and individual coaching to bring out the core essence that lies within each individual allowing the client to realize their full potential while dismantling shame, guilt or deeply engrained subconscious patterns. Satya shows her clients how to identify and navigate their emotional spectrum to create the life they desire using mindfulness and emotional resiliency.

Nancy Hauschildt

Nancy is a former Registered Nurse turned Life Coach who specializes in supporting introverts. Nancy is an Introvert, Shyness, & Social Anxiety Coach. For the past 8 years, she has dedicated her life to studying brain science, leadership development, and the application of brain-based principles to her personal self-development and coaching practice. She holds an ACC certification through the ICF, trained at The Life Coach School, Accomplishment Coaching, and The Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence. Additionally, she has advanced certification in faith-based coaching. Currently, Nancy is obtaining a second degree in Behavioral Neuroscience at ASU while coaching high-achieving introverted women through her coaching practice, Haus of Coaching, LLC.

Delma Castaneda

Delma is the founder of The Empowered Outlier, a coaching business that aims to equip women with the necessary tools to have thriving and healthy relationships. She incorporates all the tools she has learned at The Life Coach School and Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence coaching program, into her 1:1 coaching with clients. With these combined tools, Delma is able to help clients identify clients sabotaging behaviors, build new positive habits and rewire the subconscious in order to have a better relationship with themselves and others.
As a former foster child, Delma was profoundly impacted by the circumstances that led her there. She vowed to claim her independence, break the curse of generational abuse, and learn the tools necessary to ensure she showed her own family a better way to live. She graduated from University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Sociology and began her career in social services. Through her employment at the Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center, she assisted laid-off and unemployed clients find work and training opportunities. She then assisted families with prevention and intervention services as the Family Resource Center Supervisor for the City of Westminster in California. As the lead agency representative, Delma managed the coordination of services for clients which included emergency assistance, therapy, domestic violence intervention and any other resources that each family needed. She ventured into the private sector in 2010 and turned an administrative assistant role into a C-level executive career. She strategically organized the operations of a manufacturing and distribution company to successfully grow seven times over. Although she was extremely successful in that field, Delma yearned to get back in line with her passion: helping people. That is when she decided to go all in on her coaching business.
Delma’s passion and mission is to empower individuals (not just women) with the tools they need for success. Her unique life experience combined with her coaching tools, help her connect on an emotional level with those who feel stuck and helpless find their way out of whatever situation has been holding them back from living the life they desire.
Jasmyne Chandler

Jasmyne is a Certified Professional Coach, trained in the Whole Person Coaching method, through ICF accredited Coach Training World, and she brings over 13 years’ experience as an educator and advisor in both High School and College settings where she has taught and advised youth and adults.
Previous to her work with Empower, she spent 10 years serving as an Instructor and Advisor for the Adult Basic Skills/GED program at Rogue Community College where she assisted students in moving forward on their educational pathways, moving past barriers, and achieving their goals. Prior to that she worked for 3 years as a Dance Instructor and Dance Team Coach at Florence High School in Arizona. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and has been trained as a Council facilitator. She has also been a volunteer mentor with Rogue Valley Mentoring assisting with circle facilitation at the Middle School level as well as helping to facilitate Restorative Justice circles for teen girls exiting the VAYA (Victim Assistance Youth Accountability) program.
She is the founder of Guided Passages, LLC, which offers Circles, Rites of Passage trips, and Coaching and Mentoring for youth in Southern Oregon. Guided Passages weaves mentorship and coaching with earth-based practices, circle work and ritual in order to support youth through their middle school and high school years and to help them mark transitions along the way.
Her main focus as a coach is to assist youth who may need additional guidance, support, and mentorship in order to help them build self-confidence, shift stuck energy and negative self-talk, embrace and accept themselves for who they are, and move towards positive change and activities in their lives.

Louellen Karthaus

Louellen is a Physical Therapist turned Parent Coach, and founder of Embrace Parenting, LLC. Louellen has been working with children and families for over 30 years. She is passionate about children and believes that the best way to raise healthy, happy children is to EMPOWER parents.
Louellen works with individuals, couples, and groups using the concepts of attachment science, nervous system science, mind sight and emotional coaching. Louellen invites parents to have a greater understanding of themselves so that they can consider any patterns, thoughts, or beliefs that may be keeping them from being a parent that they long to be.

Christopher McHenry

Christopher has been a Certified Life Coach since 2006, and he is the founder of Source for Change LLC. He has a wide range of experiences working directly with people in a way that empowers them to bring wholeness and more well-being into their lives. He brings a deep sense of presence, compassion, curiosity, intuition, and understanding to his coaching practice.

Kat has 17 years of leadership experience in healthcare architecture and professional workforce engagement. Kat is a Certified Professional Coach, Trauma Informed Coach, trained facilitator, mindfulness teacher, and registered practicing architect. She supports professionals to find increased energy and fulfillment in their work.
Kat is deeply immersed in the study of the health, biology, and society to understand the positive influence of embodiment, mindfulness practice, and intersectional research in how we work every day. She speaks and coaches on burnout, well-being at work, team engagement and management topics in her company Open Soul Consulting and is excited to be a part of the Empower Community and the Launchpad Series!
Kat is passionate about service and supports nonprofits to build beneficial community programs. She serves the nonprofit, Women in Healthcare, in their mentorship program. After Kat’s overachieving pushed her to burnout, she shifted her life’s focus to supporting professionals to overcome fatigue, embody their passions, and live their purpose.
Theo Morrison

Theo is a Certified Whole Person Coach, a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and an Internal Family Systems Level 1 graduate. He has 14 years of experience mentoring those seeking recovery from alcoholism. His experience as a coach, mentor and teacher has allowed him to help people of all age ranges and backgrounds. Clients report it is his compassion, grounded presence, and direct communication that make working with him so effective.
Previous to coaching, Theo worked for 20 years as a photographer, traveling widely while working with various individuals and businesses. As a photographer, he learned to see the world from different perspectives, open himself to other cultures, appreciate the beauty in everyday moments, and capture the essence of people and their stories. Theo brings this same spirit of curiosity, creativity, and empathy to his coaching work.
Theo believes that coaching is not just about achieving goals, but also about falling in love with the present moment and embracing the journey. The tools that Theo teaches to clients are designed to help them build confidence, resilience and self-awareness that allow them to thrive long after sessions have ended.
