Live, 30-minute interactive group sessions offering mindfulness-based practices that enhance emotional intelligence, personal development, communication, and resiliency.

Masterclass workshops are interactive and guided. Each month presents a new theme and a four-step resource guide as a downloadable PDF.

The Mindful MasterClass meets virtually each month on the third Wednesday from 8:00-8:30am PST.
