Kiersta has over 20 years of experience as a community college Adult Basic Skills instructor, advisor, department chair, state trainer, and social justice advocate in the Rogue Valley and New York City. She is passionate about helping at-risk youth and adults find their voice, embody their capabilities, stand in their power, and reach their goals.  She also has a background in teaching and developing experiential, life skills curriculum for English Language Learners.
